Krauter Supreme is a rich essential water-in-oil emulsion for a normalising and balancing treatment of an oily skin with tendancy to impurities. Its intensive action stems from a carefully harmonised complex of active ingredients which astringe, granulate and support the skin specifically.

The ingredients of Krauter Supreme are shale oil, pure colloidal sulfur, chlorophyll, vitamins A and E, aloe vera and extracts of ratanhia, witch hazel, tormentil, cinchona and oak bark.

Shale oil acts granulating and promotes regeneration, especially on a slightly irritated skin. Sulfur acts in a keratolytic manner, and chlorophyll acts bacteriostatically.  The vitamins A and E work supporting and stimulating, they are supported in their action with essential, biologically active fatty acid glycerides of unsaturated plant oils.   The extract of the aloe vera provides healing properties. It  acts anti-inflammatory, is slightly bacteriostatic and maintains skin moisture.  Due to the influence of the tanning agents in the plant extracts, the uppermost callous layer is removed together with any pathogenic bacteria, which helps provide a disinfectant property.
